The study below demonstrates enterolactone as the main metabolite and that low doses (10-30 mg) of HMRlignan™ is capable of markedly elevating circulating enterolactone to levels indicated to promote benefits to health. Furthermore, there was no evidence of an accumulation of HMRlignan™ or its metabolite, or any other unwanted effect, even at 40 times higher doses.
